How
to Place an Order
Note: all prices
are in Australian Dollars
Many of our products are available for purchase using our secure
online shopping cart system This system allows you to browse the site
and add as many items as you like to your shopping cart. When you are
ready you can check out and pay for your order using credit card. The
system uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to ensure the safety
of the credit card transaction. If you need any help with the shopping
cart system there is an FAQ here.

Payment
Visa and Mastercard
are preferred. If you wish you can also use the shopping cart system to
submit your order and then send through your payment via cheque ( Australian
Bank) or Australia Post Money order.
Note: we have a minimum amount on orders using Credit Cards as payment
of $20.00
Postage
Postage costs will
be added to the cost of every order. We prefer to use Express Post satchels
within Australia. The cost for these is $9.00 - 500gram satchel & $12.00
- 3 kg satchel. The security of delivery on these bags is high as they
can be traced if they are not delivered. Overseas orders will be insured
and shipped via airmail or seamail. Contact us by email
or by telephone if you would like more information on your delivery costs.

CART FAQ
Using
Your Cart
Just like in a supermarket, Greta's Handcraft Centre provides you with
a shopping cart. Once you've found an item you want, simply click on the
"Add to Cart" button next to that product. If you wish to order
more than one of that item you can specify the number you require in the
Quantity box before you click the Add to Cart button. The item is immediately
placed in your shopping cart, and will stay in your cart wherever else
you go in the shop. REMEMBER You can always remove the item later if you
change your mind.
Changing
Your Cart's Contents
To see the contents of your shopping cart at any time, click "View
Cart" from the menu on the left of the page. If you wish to buy multiple
quantities of an item you have placed in your shopping cart, change the
number in the "Quantity" window, then click the "RECALCULATE"
button to confirm any changes. To remove an item from your cart, simply
enter "0" in the "Quantity" window, then click "RECALCULATE".
Remember , you must click the RECALCULATE button for the change to
register.
Placing
Your Order
When you are ready to place your order, go to the "View Cart"
page and click on the GO TO PAYMENTS button. You'll be taken to pages
where you can enter your address information and then to a secure page
where you can enter your credit card details -- and then you're done!
Please note: If you
don't wish to submit your credit card details online, you can also specify
that you would like to ring through your credit card details, or post
a cheque ( Australian Bank) or post and Australia Post Money order to
pay for your order.
Ordering
Problems
Older browsers (eg. MS Internet Explorer 3 or Netscape Navigator 3) lack
the security features needed to view secure ordering pages. We strongly
recommend upgrading to one of the latest Web browsers.
